Premium VIP guests, main sponsors and competitors of the 2nd Annual American Pole Fitness Championships will be catered and pampered by SERRA BISTRO, a proud sponsor of the championship. Serra will also be catering an elaborate invite-only welcome seated dinner for the competitors before the big day.

The award winning bistro brings an innovative perspective on adding a healthy twist to authentic Mediterranean specialties from regions such as Spain, France, Italy, Greece, Turkey and Northern Africa

The Mediterranean Bistro stemmed from co-owners Cesare and Tio’s passion in serving fresh, local, “0″ mile healthy dishes as they spent years in the Mediterranean basin for the love of the local dishes by learning how to create the art of handcrafting local Mediterranean dishes utilizing generations old techniques.

Both were inspired by how the menus of family owned local restaurant menus rotated frequently, creating dishes that highlighted the freshest local ingredients of each season at the top of their flavors.

Serra’s menu is created with this motto, providing not only classical innovated dishes filled with fresh ingredients, but also a wide variety of regional specialties rotating frequently.

Having favorite specialties constant in their kitchen, the seasonally revised menu allows for Serra and its guests to continually experience their culinary voyage through the most diverse culinary region of the world, without ever leaving New York.
